Just a snippet of the type of feedback that we receive.....

Niall delivered an engaging and practical workshop to DFA staff as part of our on-going focus on employee wellbeing. His workshop, which is grounded in behavioural analytics provides useful insights into our tech habits and discusses the challenges of an always-on culture. He encourages you to engage in an exercise of self-reflection and provides you with practical tips and suggestions to cultivate a healthier relationship with technology. Whether you're a HR professional looking to bolster your organisation's wellbeing programme or a line manager looking to get the best from your team, I would highly recommend Niall and the team at DigitalWellbeing.ie.

DigitalWellbeing.ie delivered a highly interactive and engaging seminar for our employees on "Thriving in the Age of Digital Distraction." They were highly aligned to the demographic make up of our company and was also highly attuned to the impact of the ongoing Pandemic on both Digital Wellbeing and the wider Wellbeing picture. We would highly recommend DigitalWellbeing.ie to any company looking to further their wellbeing strategy.

HR Manager | First Derivatives plc

Our members found the session incredibly useful in demonstrating the negative effective of todays behaviours always onwith our digital environment. We are now considerably more conscious of the distractions, our productivity and our attention to detail while being focused on priorities, along with the importance of taking breaks and breaking habits. Digital wellbeing is in all of our interests, in our personal and professional lives and for all ages. We thoroughly enjoyed this session and found it very productive and aligned to our wellbeing programme. The team at DigitalWellbeing.ie are experts and they were very easy to work with when planning this workshop.

As online learning and patterns of study from home have become more prevalent in the last few months, so have the concerns of digital wellbeing amongst students. The workshop facilitator was able to inform students about the prevalence of addiction to technology and also give suggestions and advice on how to create a better relationship with technology. The session was very uplifting and engaging, and the suggestions and informative discussion set achievable goals for the delegates. I could not recommend DigitalWellbeing.ie enough. They have helped us create a resource for our students that will be beneficial for years to come.

Niall has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He delivered an extremely enjoyable and refreshing workshop to members of our organisation. We received great feedback and intend on working with Niall again in the near future - hopefully getting even more delegates in attendance, so that they can all benefit from the brilliantly delivered and useful content.
